Happy 1st December! The start of the most / only festive month of the year and now, a date that marks a truly momentous occasion - the relaunch of Pasta Sunday. This is the first in a long, long time and truthfully, I’m kind of nervous? I haven’t really created the space to put my thoughts about food down for a while, and honestly dusting off my brain that’s been locked in new mum mode for the past 10 months has been a little challenging (I mean I barely speak to adults on a daily basis anymore) but I’m here, we’re here and these gnocchi balls with spinach and walnut pesto have also arrived.
Speaking of this gorgeous green number, you might recognise it from my broadcast channel on Instagram because it’s one we developed together. I thought it would be fun to share the journey a recipe goes through - from conception to final plate - and I loved doing it with you.
