I launched the Pasta Sunday newsletter in April 2022 as a way to connect with people outside of social media, to create a platform where I can to go into more detail with recipes and techniques. It’s a space where I can celebrate food through photography and not just a 30 second video clip.
Each Pasta Sunday post focuses on a new recipe that more often than not centres around fresh pasta and the idea of slowing down on a Sunday to make something from scratch. From flour and water (or eggs) to a finished dish, there is nothing that suits a Sunday more than a plate of pasta.
